Nature of the service
Informes Nexus KPR produces commercial research reports from public sources (corporate websites, directories and accessible records). The report identifies companies that, according to criteria agreed with the customer, could be interested in their offer. It is not a guaranteed database, does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party contact data, and does not guarantee commercial results or sales.
Responsible use of the delivered data
The contact data included comes from public sources and is delivered for legitimate B2B commercial prospecting. The customer is responsible for validating the data before use and for complying with applicable regulations in their communications (GDPR, LOPDGDD and LSSI in Spain), including sender identification and the right to object. We do not send email campaigns on the customer behalf.
Customer data protection
We store only the data necessary to provide the service: email, company details and the orders and reports generated. Payment is processed via Stripe; we do not store card data. You may request access, rectification or deletion of your account and data by writing to admin.nexuskpr@nexuskpr.com.
Duplicate policy and low-result areas
We never charge twice for the same company: domains already delivered in previous reports are excluded automatically. If the requested area does not have enough valid companies to complete the package, we will let you know and offer to expand the area or refund the proportional amount.
